What we are looking for is someone who has the personal enthusiasm and

travel industry experience and degrees are not required.
You will need to be happy to be trained extensively for the first few
months in applying our company philosophy and in the use our proprietary
systems.
The position:
Assistant for Customer Care, correspondence, and office administration.
To advance to Customer Care Advisor and higher levels.
Full-time, year-round position. Monday to Friday,
9-5, with 2-3 hours on 1 or 2 Saturdays per month.
Starting salary
Gross: 13333.00 euros/year.

THE WORK ENTAILS:
Everybody, at times, does everything.
You may be replying to customers by email one
minute, then updating hotel prices in Excel the next, be interrupted
frequently as new tasks steal priority, answer phones, calculate quotes,
fax hotels, assemble information from online and offline sources. A typical days
mix what we actually thrive on.

WORK DESCRIPTION:

You will be part of the Customer Care team
everyone in our company has customer satisfaction and delight as their
primary goal.
-
You will communicate (by email & telephone) with many incredible customers,
interesting individuals from all over the world, who trust your help
and guidance in planning their much-anticipated trip.

Correspond by email with each our customers
in a clear, succinct way; in a thoroughly friendly and professional
manner - with military accuracy also being crucial. Apply the same to telephone communications as well.

Build a rapport with both our customers and our
suppliers.
-
Proactively ask insightful questions to clarify
customer travel objectives. Offer destination recommendations, answer questions
and address concerns.

Assist in gathering, analysing, and
implementing/publishing content for our accolade-winning websites.
-
Managing customer records and files, organizing office and project files.
-
Light book-keeping and the ability to execute a
wide variety of administrative tasks.
-
This position requires
flexibility, willingness to help in many areas and an ability to work
under pressure.
